Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments Policy

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier, including but not limited to United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL. Bodykraft™ is not responsible for carrier delays, transit issues, loss, or damage once the package has been accepted by the carrier.


Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or other factors outside of our control. These delays do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks. The customer chooses preferred shipping carrier at checkout. 


Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit:

  1. The customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate a delivery inquiry or Missing Mail Search.
  2. The customer must cooperate fully with the carrier’s investigation.
  3. Bodykraft™ may assist with documentation but cannot guarantee resolution or initiate all claims on behalf of the recipient.

Failure to contact the carrier prior to requesting a refund, replacement, or filing a chargeback may result in denial of the claim.


Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged:

  1. The customer must retain all packaging materials (box, inserts, and product).
  2. The customer must provide clear photo evidence of:
    • External packaging (including shipping label)
    • Internal packaging
    • Damaged product(s)
  3. The customer must notify Bodykraft™ within [48 hours] of delivery.
  4. The customer must file a damage claim directly with the carrier (e.g., United States Postal Service, UPS, DHL) when applicable.

Failure to provide photo documentation or to cooperate with the carrier’s claims process may result in denial of a replacement or refund.


Shipping Insurance (if applicable)

If shipping insurance is included or purchased, claims for lost or damaged shipments must be processed through the carrier in accordance with their policies. Bodykraft™ will provide supporting documentation as needed but is not responsible for claim outcomes.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled. Bodykraft™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
